Bartender

_Imagine an evening where locals and travellers from around the world gather around the bar, sharing stories over great drinks. We are looking for a Bartender to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027!

In this role you will

• prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks

• provide friendly and professional service to both Finnish and international guests

• work in a busy but supportive team environment

• experience the magic of Lapland throughout the winter season

We hope you have

• previous bartending experience or other relevant restaurant industry experience

• a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

• good English language skills, Finnish language skills are considered an advantage

• a valid alcohol serving licence (Anniskelupassi)

If you hold a Finnish security steward licence (Järjestyksenvalvojakortti), please mention it in your application, as it is considered a significant advantage.

What we offer

• a fixed-term employment from 23 November 2026 until 11 April 2027

• salary starting from €14.50/hour, plus applicable collective agreement supplements. The final salary is based on your experience and qualifications.
