Backend Software Engineer Team Lead

Our Campaigns and Rewards team in Stockholm is growing and we are now looking for a Backend Engineering Team Lead to join! Campaigns and Rewards at Betsson Group ensures our customers come back for more. It’s all about loyalty. We provide a world class customer experience beyond the game play, featuring Tournaments, Dynamic personalized campaigns and much more! The Wow As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance. As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture. You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry. A taster of what you will be involved with

• People management, mentoring and coaching developers, taking part in recruiting and onboarding, performance reviews, personal development planning and 1-to-1’s.
• Close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
• Software development according to modern best practices and principles.
• Taking part in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review.

What we are looking for

• Experience in software development for more than 5 years
• Experience of managing teams of software engineers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Agile mindset, business goals orientation
• Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
