As one of our valued colleagues in Account Management will soon be going on maternity leave, we are looking for a maternity cover to join our team in Silkeborg. This is a maternity cover position with a start date as soon as possible and expected to run until mid-January 2028. Your Role As our new Back Office Coordinator, you will play an important role in providing a high level of customer support, both directly to our customers and by supporting your colleagues in Account Management. You will be responsible for a combination of customer enquiries, order management, claims handling, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks. You will report directly to the Head of Account Management. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and claims
• Respond to customer enquiries by email and telephone
• Prepare reports, analyses, and customer-relevant statistics
• Support colleagues in Account Management with daily operational activities
• Handle recurring administrative and operational tasks
• Manage ad hoc assignments as required

• Can work independently while contributing actively to the wider team
• Are comfortable handling both recurring tasks and varied ad hoc assignments
• Take a structured and analytical approach to tasks and reporting
• Are persistent and follow up on your responsibilities
• Have a collaborative and service-minded approach
• Are proficient in English
• May have additional language skills, which would be considered an advantage
