Back End Developer

Backend/Fullstack Developer - Stockholm (Hybrid) About the Role: You’ll be part of a collaborative tech forum, working alongside experts in backend, DevOps, and architecture. The position involves building scalable systems, managing infrastructure, and contributing to both startup and enterprise projects. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong coding skills with business awareness and thrives in dynamic, client‑facing environments. What You’ll Do:

• Develop robust backend systems in Python using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Work with Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable solutions.
• Switch between projects; from building products from scratch to solving complex enterprise challenges.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML features into backend workflows.

Must‑haves:

• 5–7 years of professional experience in backend or fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and containerization.
• Consulting or multi‑project background with ability to adapt quickly.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Frontend collaboration experience (React/Next.js).
• Startup experience building products from the ground up.
• Interest in AI, with exposure to tools like Copilot, Cursor, or agent‑native workflows.
