• Take ownership of pre-configuration, testing, and validation, directly contributing to higher quality deliveries and a better end-user experience.
• Play a key role in modern AV deployments with clear technical responsibility and visible impact from device setup to system readiness.

The Hiring Manager for this role is Jerker Andersson, Manager Service Delivery AV at Dustin. As a leader, he encourages ownership and collaboration, empowering his team to take initiative, share knowledge, and continuously grow their technical expertise while delivering high-quality AV solutions together. You will join a highly skilled and collaborative AV team where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and mutual support are part of the everyday culture. Led by Jerker Andersson, the team combines strong technical expertise with a high level of trust, ownership, and collaboration to deliver the best possible results together. Your role & influence as AV Architect Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring that room-based AV and collaboration systems are fully configured, tested, and ready for reliable customer deployment. Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality and fully validated collaboration solutions. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Installation and Sales departments to ensure smooth and successful customer deliveries. Core activities:

• Configure, test, and validate Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet room solutions before deployment.
• Prepare and pre-configure AV equipment, including quality checks, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
• Support installation and delivery activities by collaborating with installation teams and participating in on-site commissioning when needed.

This Is What We Imagine You Bring We envision you as a curious and driven individual with hands-on experience in modern AV and collaboration technology, who enjoys solving technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions while working independently as well as while effectively collaborating with others. Additionally, it's important that you bring:

• High level of independent thinking, structured approach and technical reasoning.
• Experience with professional AV systems and platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and/or Google Meet Rooms
• Technical skills within AV configuration, testing, troubleshooting, AV signal flow (audio, video, USB), and basic AV-related networking knowledge
• Experience with control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS is considered a plus
• AV certifications such as CTS or manufacturer training are meritorious
