Your role as part of the team As our new Associate Manufacturing Controller, you will play a central role in supporting the financial performance of a highly specialized production environment. You will drive production controlling activities, financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering closely with both manufacturing and finance colleagues. You will become part of a team of four dedicated colleagues who work closely together across sites. How you will make a meaningful contribution In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include: -

• Drive production controlling activities, including analysis of performance, efficiency, and improvement opportunities within a highly specialized manufacturing environment
• Act as a key link between production and business functions, partnering with production managers and providing financial insights to management
• Perform variance analyses and financial impact assessments to support informed decision-making
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities related to production performance and operational metrics
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the factory and help translate financial and operational performance into actionable recommendations.

Bring your expertise into play To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications: -

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accountancy, or a related field
• You bring experience within finance, controlling, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
• You are skilled at stakeholder management and communicating financial insights to different audiences
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.
