Associate Insights Strategist

Kurppa Hosk is looking for an Associate Insights Strategist to join our team in Stockholm. Demand for our insights work keeps growing, and that's where you come in. You'll work alongside our Insights Director and partner closely with our brand and communication strategists, for clients ranging from startups to international big tech and B2B. Your insights will feed two connected worlds: brand development – uncovering the unspoken truths that ground positioning, identity and transformation – and creative communication – finding the cultural tensions, trends and audience behaviors that spark unforgettable campaigns. Main Responsibilities

• Scope and design research workstreams within larger projects, choosing the right method for the business question
• Coordinate external research partners and suppliers to keep fieldwork running smoothly
• Analyze quant and qual output to uncover the unexpected and contribute a unique perspective to the wider strategy
• Translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives, and present insight to senior stakeholders
• Track and evaluate the impact of brand and campaign initiatives, and help define success metrics
• Support new business with pitch and case material
• Help develop our insights methods and tools, including how we use AI to amplify research

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional research and insights experience from an agency, consultancy or in-house team
• Solid foundation in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including running customer and stakeholder interviews and group discussions
• Experience in – or real curiosity about – brand building, behavioral science, culture theory and what makes campaigns land
• Storytelling, data visualization and presentation design skills that make complexity land
• An explorative mindset toward tools, and a keenness to use AI to sharpen and speed up research
• A proactive, collaborative way of working, and openness to feedback and coaching
• Fluent in English; additional languages (including Swedish) are a plus
• Eligibility to work in Sweden

Nice to have

• Personal or professional experience in gaming, entertainment or consumer brands – time as a player or a fan counts
• Experience in B2B or industrial categories, international research, or lean setups where you built the method yourself
• Hands-on experience with social listening tools, Figma and Google Workspace
