FULL-TIME JOB VACANCY ASSOCIATE, FUNDRAISING Development and Outreach Department Stockholm Office Application Deadline: 16 October 2026 The Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch ("HRW") is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Associate in its Stockholm office to provide fundraising, outreach, coordination, and administrative assistance to the team. The Stockholm office serves as an important base for HRW's development, fundraising, and outreach activities in Sweden. This position is full-time and reports to the Development and Outreach City Director based in Stockholm. The successful candidate must be based within commuting distance of the Stockholm office and is expected to work from the office 3-4 days per week. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, business administration, international relations, events management, or a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience is required and experience coordinating events is considered a strong asset. Related Skills and Knowledge:

Salary and Benefits: Human Rights Watch seeks exceptional applicants and offers competitive compensation and employer-paid benefits. The gross annualized salary range for this position is SKK 350,000 - 365,000.
