What you'll do
Position title Associate Creative Designer Description We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer who’s passionate about visual storytelling, innovative design, and bringing ideas to life. Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching marketing material for social media (posts, reels, banners, etc.)
- Build and maintain project portfolios for in-house projects
- Create basic video content and simple animations
- Develop brand identities, logos, and visual assets aligned with client/brand vision
- Use AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop AI features, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up ideation, asset creation, and editing
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI advancements in design
Qualifications
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in graphic/creative design
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate design work
- Good eye for detail, layout, and visual storytelling
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced team
