Role Description The Assistant Project Manager at B4C supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects focused on ceramic membrane and water treatment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, tracking milestones, coordinating with expeditors, suppliers, and inspection teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. The role also involves supporting logistics management, maintaining accurate project documentation, preparing status reports, and helping manage communication among internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Copenhagen Municipality, with a combination of on-site work and some flexibility to work from home. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to support planning, scheduling, coordination, and documentation of project activities.
  • Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to assist in quality checks and compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to help coordinate transportation, inventory, and supply chain activities.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, project management, logistics, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using digital tools for project tracking.
  • Prior experience in industrial projects, water treatment, or membrane technology is an advantage but not mandatory.
