How your typical day looks like Your day will start with a fresh juice and freshly baked bread, prepared each morning by our kitchen team. From there no two days will look quite the same as a Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). You will work across a broad range of topics, partnering with colleagues across functions and geographies to help the business navigate risk, strengthen governance and make well-informed decisions. You could spend your morning strengthening a governance framework and enhancing internal controls, your afternoon advising stakeholders on compliance matters or driving a key GRC initiative, and your evening connecting with colleagues at one of our internal events. Along the way, you will translate complex compliance requirements into practical, business-focused solutions while building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation. What makes this role exciting is the opportunity to make a real impact. You will have meaningful ownership and the opportunity to help shape the organisation’s long-term GRC vision. With a broad remit and close connection to the business, you will gain exposure to different areas of the organisation while continuing to deepen your GRC expertise. You will join a collaborative environment where your perspective is valued, constructive challenge is welcomed and you are empowered to turn good ideas into meaningful improvements.
