We are now looking for an Asset Manager to take ownership of our asset management strategy and ensure our assets are safe, available, optimized, and ready to support operations worldwide. In this role, you will be a key advisor to leadership, working across regions, product lines, maintenance centres, warehouses, and field operations to maximise asset value throughout the entire lifecycle. This is more than an asset management role. It is an opportunity to influence investment decisions, drive operational excellence, and shape the future of how we manage critical equipment across a global organisation. The ideal candidate is based in Norway or Dubai. As Our Asset Manager, You Will

• Own and continuously develop the company’s Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Lead annual asset planning processes and support long-term capacity and investment forecasting.
• Establish and govern global asset management standards, ensuring consistency across regions and service lines.
• Monitor asset availability, utilisation, condition, service history, lifecycle stage, and performance to support business growth and operational readiness.
• Provide expert input into tenders, business cases, CAPEX planning, and major investment decisions.
• Evaluate repair, replacement, retirement, and lifecycle optimisation opportunities.
• Govern asset documentation, master data quality, and lifecycle information within ERP and asset management systems.
• Define and track asset performance KPIs and regularly report insights to Executive Management.
• Act as a trusted partner to Product Line Managers and operational teams, ensuring the right equipment is available at the right place and at the right time.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice asset management across the company.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong operational understanding and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You Will Ideally Have

• A master’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
• At least 7 years of experience in asset management, equipment operations, asset optimisation, oilfield services, or another asset-intensive industry.
• Strong knowledge of equipment lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, reliability, and operational processes.
• Experience with ERP and asset management platforms such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in asset utilisation, lifecycle planning, performance management, and decision support.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements, operational standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Understanding of ISO 55000 / 55001 asset management principles and practices.
• Professional certifications such as CMRP, CRL, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.
