Working closely with the founders and team, you will turn creative direction into a clear visual plan, then help bring it to life through moodboards, shoot concepts, model selection, production planning, direction on set, image selection and post-production. You combine a strong visual eye with practical knowledge of photography and image editing. You can give precise, useful feedback on lighting, styling, fit, posing, layout and retouching, and understand how to improve the work. The role spans campaign imagery, e-commerce, website, email, social and copy, with hands-on involvement throughout. You should also have the technical knowledge to help with post-production and revision work.
