What you'll do

Area Sales Manager, Livestock Reproduction Nordics | Field based, Denmark or Sweden Do you know your way around a boar stud, a farrowing house or an AI programme? Your next step might not be on the farm. We're working with an international business that supplies equipment for animal breeding and reproduction. They're looking for someone with real hands-on knowledge of livestock reproduction or genetics to join them in a customer-facing role. They've supported Nordic customers before, but never with someone dedicated to the region and based there. You'd be the first, with real scope to shape how they work with farms and distributors across Denmark, Sweden and the wider Nordics. You don't need a sales background. What matters is a genuine passion for animal breeding and reproduction, and real familiarity with the environment your customers work in, alongside drive and strong communication skills. Who this suits You might currently be working in, or have trained in:

  • Pig breeding, boar studs or sow reproduction
  • Artificial insemination or semen collection and handling
  • Livestock genetics or breeding programmes
  • Dairy or cattle reproduction
  • Farm or production unit management
  • Agricultural or veterinary technician work

The role

  • Look after a customer base of farms, breeding units and distributors
  • Help customers get the best from reproduction and breeding equipment through demonstrations and on-farm training
  • Spot and develop new business opportunities across the territory
  • Represent the business at exhibitions and industry events
  • Manage a sales pipeline and CRM

What you'll bring

  • Practical experience in livestock reproduction, breeding or genetics
  • Confidence talking to people and building trust
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn the commercial side
  • Happy to travel regularly across the Nordic region
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Fluent Danish or Swedish, with working English

What's on offer

  • Up to 25% bonus on top of salary
  • Mileage and travel expenses reimbursed
  • Structured training and mentoring
  • Variety across the Nordic markets
  • The chance to be the first dedicated Nordic presence for an international business, and to help build the region locally

If you want to take your farming and reproduction experience somewhere new, we'd like to hear from you.
