Then we look forward to your application as Area Manager (f/m/d) for Main Component Exchanges! Your position In your new position as Area Manager (f/m/d) for the Main Component Exchanges, you will lead the regional delivery of our offshore MCE business across Northern & Central Europe or the UK. You will be accountable for regional performance and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of complex offshore campaigns. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel regularly depending on your main place of work. The projects are typically short- and long-term service contracts for our clients in Northern and Central Europe as well as the UK. Your Tasks & Responsibilities As Area Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the overall performance of your region and ensure that customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently, and predictably. You will provide leadership across Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. The role combines strategic oversight with operational leadership and serves as the primary escalation point within the region. Your Tasks Will Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Leading regional project and operational delivery performance
  • Ensuring successful delivery of customer commitments regarding safety, quality, schedule, and cost
  • Prioritizing resources and resolving cross-project conflicts
  • Managing customer, operational, and project escalations
  • Supporting strategic workload and capability planning
  • Driving collaboration across Project Management, Operational Management, and Marine Operations
  • Ensuring implementation of the MCE operating model across the region
  • Supporting Sales & Business Development through customer, market and operational expertise

Your Profile & Qualifications We are looking for an experienced and communicative Area Manager (f/m/d) who is passionate about Main Component Exchanges within Offshore Wind and wants to take ownership. You have a proactive and organised approach to your work. To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Proven leadership experience in offshore wind, marine operations, energy services, or a comparable industry
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, operations, and customer management
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • A strong HSEQ mindset and commitment to safe execution
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
