Architect

We are looking for a driven and pragmatic Business Analyst to join us in our migration of Autogiro. The role is central to drive the requirements work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, structured requirements, while ensuring alignment between business and IT throughout the analyze process. The role combines analytical depth with a hands-on mindset and requires both ownership and strong collaboration. Level B - D You Will Create and maintain business requirements specifications and use cases. Document current-state (AS-IS) processes, business rules, and payment flows. Perform impact assessments and gap analyses. Analyse Bankgiro migration requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate with architects, product owner and product specialist Support migration planning and preparation for development activities. Profile Strong experience as a Business Analyst within payments, banking, or financial services. Proven ability to drive requirements elicitation and process analysis. Structured and analytical, with the ability to simplify complexity. Experience working in complex change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of payment domains, ISO 20022, Autogiro, Request to Pay, or Bankgiro processes is highly meritorious .We are curently working hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
