- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed BIM-based plans.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure fully integrated design solutions.
- Prepare construction drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation according to Baukant standards.
- Participate in client meetings and support communication with stakeholders.
- Provide technical input during construction and support As-Built documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and planning.
- Strong BIM skills (Revit required; Allplan is a bonus).
- Knowledge of design standards – German DIN/HOAI is a strong bonus.
- English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, design sense, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
