Applied AI Engineer

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring an Applied AI Engineer. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. It shapes which models we use, where data is processed and what is ever retained. What you bring:

• Experience in building production systems with LLMs, not only prototypes.
• Comfort across the pipeline from ingestion to retrieval.
• A disciplined approach to evaluation. You measure before you claim.
• Experience with speech, retrieval or structured extraction is a strong plus.
