What you'll do

Applied Agentic AI Lead Full-time · Copenhagen, Lisbon, or remote within the EU Applicants must currently reside in the EU. NORDFY works with architecture, AEC and creative companies to build AI capability their teams can own. We are part of Verka Collective, a group of independent European design practices, and work with clients across Europe. We’re hiring someone to build and deploy AI in clients’ own environments, work with their teams on adoption, and turn successful client projects into products we can use again. You’ll take responsibility for the implementation: understand the work, design the approach, build the integrations, get the system running and help the team use it confidently. What you’ll work on:

  • Work directly with client teams to develop agentic workflows and bespoke AI projects.
  • Build agents and integrations around their tools, data and working practices.
  • Deploy in clients’ environments and resolve the practical issues that come with implementation.
  • Support teams as they learn to operate what you’ve built.
  • Identify which parts of a bespoke project can become a repeatable product.
  • Develop reusable approaches from work delivered across the collective and the wider client base.

What you need to bring:

  • Experience delivering agents, integrations or workflows with clients, including deployment and use by their teams.
  • The ability to own an implementation from the initial approach through to ongoing operation.
  • Experience in creative, AEC or design-led organisations.
  • Production experience with MCP servers, agent orchestration or browser automation. You do not need experience with all three.
  • Regular use of frontier AI tools, with an understanding of what it takes to make them dependable in a client environment.
  • Clear communication with clients and the ability to earn trust while working through unfamiliar systems and changing requirements.
  • An understanding of the people involved in adoption, alongside the technical work.

Useful additional experience:

  • Delivering software to professional-services firms.
  • Working across languages and markets in the Nordics or DACH region.
  • Turning bespoke implementations into products that other clients can use.

Working at NORDFY: You’ll join a small senior team with direct access to the collective’s leadership. You’ll work with frontier AI tools, have time to develop your practice, and take part in gatherings with teams across the collective, including AI Coordinators and Champions. Salary is agreed individually, based on the role, experience and local market. Employment is arranged locally, directly or through an Employer of Record. Contract terms, benefits and pension arrangements follow the rules of your country of residence. How to apply: Tell us about something you built and got running in someone else’s environment, and what it took to make them trust it. Send your application to info@nordfy.dk with “Applied Agentic AI Lead” in the subject line. Include that account, together with a GitHub profile or a write-up of something you’ve shipped. We need to see evidence of delivered work. A general cover letter alone won’t give us enough to assess your application.
