Posting title: ‘Analytics Solution Officer’- based in Luxembourg. This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence. The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Information Systems Directorate (GIS), Data & Corporate Solutions Department (DCS), Data Management Division (DM), Analytics & Reporting Unit (AR), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, an Analytics Solution Officer*. This is a full-time position at grade 5 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.
Panel interviews are foreseen from October 2026 Purpose The Analytics Solution Officer leads the governance, administration and strategic evolution of the EIB Group’s Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platforms. The role is accountable for establishing enterprise standards, operating models and platform capabilities that ensure a secure, scalable and high-performing analytics ecosystem, enabling consistent reporting, trusted data products and governed self-service analytics across the EIB Group. Operating Network The role sits within the Analytics and Reporting Unit, which acts as the EIB Group’s centre of excellence for analytics platforms and reporting technologies. The Unit is responsible for the governance, administration, evolution and adoption of the Power BI and Microsoft Fabric platforms, establishing enterprise-wide standards, operating models and platform capabilities that support trusted reporting, data products and governed self-service analytics across the Group. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data and technology teams, enterprise architects and senior management to drive the continuous development and operational excellence of the EIB Group analytics ecosystem.
