Analyst/Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning & Intelligence

As our new Analyst or Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning & Intelligence, you will become a part of the Group Strategy team, working alongside 24 highly skilled colleagues from more than 10 nationalities and diverse professional backgrounds. You will drive market intelligence and strategic projects that support C-suite decisions and help keep Grundfos at the forefront of intelligent water and climate solutions. What you will be doing In the Strategic Planning & Intelligence team, you will deliver insights and recommendations that guide Group Management and Board decisions on growth, sustainability and competitive positioning. Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead and contribute to projects on market and competitor intelligence, turning fragmented data into strategic insights
• Contribute to projects across corporate strategy, growth, sustainability, digitalisation and M&A
• Partner with Divisions and Group Management on growth and competitive positioning topics
• Develop data sources and analytical foundations for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to translate insights into measurable results

What makes you a great fit Above all, you are curious, analytically sharp and eager to grow in a purpose-driven strategy environment. We imagine you have:

• A master's degree in business administration, finance, strategy, economics, engineering or similar
• 1–3+ years' experience from consulting, market intelligence, corporate strategy in an international business environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and cultures

It's a plus if you also:

• 5+ years' experience in market intelligence, consulting or corporate strategy with exposure to senior management
• Experience leading complex research or consulting projects in an international manufacturing environment
• Experience developing market intelligence processes or data models
