Founding Sports Intelligence Analyst / Research Lead Sweden / Remote · Part-time · Founding Team · Early Stage About Caveric Caveric is building the intelligence infrastructure of sport. We turn fragmented sports information into structured, trusted intelligence that helps football organisations make better-informed decisions. Our starting point is: Sweden → Football → Organisational & Economic Intelligence We are at an early stage, so you would be joining while the company, research methodology and first products are being built. The Role We are looking for a Founding Sports Intelligence Analyst / Research Lead to help build Caveric’s research capability. You will research and analyse areas such as:

• Football organisations and clubs
• Finances and business models
• Ownership and governance
• Commercial opportunities
• Sponsorships and partnerships
• Markets and competitors
• Organisational developments
• Industry trends

You will turn information from different sources into clear, evidence-based intelligence. Your core workflow: Research → Verify → Analyse → Benchmark → Explain What You’ll Help Build You will contribute to Caveric’s:

• Intelligence Rooms
• Research methodology
• Benchmarking system
• Evidence standards
• Research processes
• Sports intelligence database
• Future intelligence products

A major part of the role is answering questions such as: What is happening? Why does it matter? What does the evidence show? What is still unknown? We care about evidence, accuracy and clear thinking not speculation. Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to have the perfect CV. We are looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
• Is curious and willing to learn

Experience in football, economics, business, research, data analysis, consulting or sports management is a strong advantage. You do not need to be a programmer. This Could Be You You might be a:

You won’t just be given tasks. You will help shape how Caveric researches, understands and delivers sports intelligence. Our long-term vision is: Research → Intelligence Products → Intelligence Platform → Sports Data Infrastructure Commitment & Compensation Caveric is currently pre-revenue and early-stage, so we cannot currently offer a conventional salary. We are looking for people who are genuinely interested in helping build Caveric during this early stage. The initial collaboration would be part-time and structured, with a limited commitment. As Caveric develops and reaches a sustainable revenue/funding stage, contributors who are a strong fit may be considered for paid positions. Any future employment or compensation would be discussed separately and is not guaranteed. Initial Period We suggest starting with an 8–12 week collaboration. During this period, you would help us:

1. Research Swedish football organisations
2. Build sample Intelligence Rooms
3. Develop research processes
4. Test our methodology
5. Develop benchmarking frameworks
6. Learn whether we work well together
