AI Transformation Manager

AI Transformation Lead, Energy Sector We are looking for a senior transformation professional to join an enterprise AI team in a large energy company. The team is moving from strategy and direction-setting into mobilisation and enterprise-wide execution, with several executive decision points in the period ahead. You will work as an embedded member of the team, coordinating AI initiatives across the business and helping turn an emerging agenda into concrete decisions, recommendations and actions. Location: Gentofte, Denmark. Hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week on site. What you will do

• Coordinate and integrate work across multiple AI workstreams, internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop executive-ready discussion material, recommendations and decision papers
• Structure and facilitate workshops, working sessions and leadership discussions
• Identify emerging risks, dependencies, gaps and decision requirements
• Translate workstream outputs into a coherent AI transformation narrative
• Drive follow-up actions and ensure readiness for key executive decision points
• Align priorities with business leaders, incorporate feedback and maintain momentum
• Act as a thought partner to the AI agenda leads, turning ambiguity into concrete recommendations

Must have requirements

• Experience from enterprise AI, data, analytics, digital or technology-enabled transformations that involved organisational change, operating model decisions, governance, funding, prioritisation and business adoption
• Proven ability to shape direction and define a transformation agenda, not only to run execution once direction is set
• Ability to structure complex problems, challenge assumptions, identify risks and dependencies, and convert insights into recommendations and actions
• Strong executive communication: experience working with senior executives, producing executive-level material and building alignment across stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and parties, including external advisers
• Professional English
• Already residing in Denmark - relocation or 100% remote work is not an option

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI adoption (for example generative AI or machine learning at scale)
• Background from the energy, utilities or another asset-heavy industry
• Experience from a large, international organisation
