What You'll Do For our Stockholm office, we are looking for AI Tech Consultants who will collaborate with colleagues from BCG Platinion and/or the Boston Consulting Group on local and international client projects! What You'll Bring You can help us make a difference if you

• Have a degree in computer science, informatics, business with focus on technology, including business degrees majoring in any of the mentioned topics or with relevant industry experience
• Have gathered approx. two years of relevant experience in IT consulting, in either part- or full time roles
• Have a strong interest in technology and understand how developments across AI and GenAI, cloud, data, software, and digital platforms are changing businesses and technology organizations
• Bring practical experience with generative AI and LLM-based tools and are familiar with emerging concepts such as AI agents and agentic workflows; experience applying AI to solve real business or technology problems is a plus
• Enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and sharing solutions
• Feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and willing to travel
• Are excellent at understanding and communicating complex topics in English

Who You'll Work With

• Shape the digital and AI transformation of globally leading companies by assessing their technology capabilities, identifying opportunities, and translating business ambitions into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps
• Identify and shape high-value AI and GenAI opportunities, redesign processes and customer journeys, and help clients move from individual use cases and proofs of concept toward scalable adoption
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and solution options, translate business needs into requirements and technical concepts, and develop fact-based recommendations and business cases
• Help clients establish the foundations required to scale technology and AI, including operating models, governance, ways of working, data and technology capabilities, and responsible AI
• Support the implementation of complex digital transformations, working with interdisciplinary teams across business, technology, data, and AI and applying agile ways of working from concept through delivery
• Design and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprise solution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainable digital solutions, including cyber resilience

Additional info Who You'll Work With You will work as part of interdisciplinary BCG and BCG Platinion teams combining business, industry, technology, data, and AI expertise. Depending on the project, you may work with client executives to shape an AI strategy, identify and prioritize technology investments, redesign AI-enabled processes, assess platforms and architectures, or help steer a complex transformation from strategy through implementation.
