What you'll do

Have you helped organizations turn AI ambition into real change and wished you could stay to see it through? At If, you can shape how colleagues across the Nordics use AI, aligning teams around clear priorities and building the tools and ways of working that make adoption responsible, measurable and lasting. We are looking for an AI Productivity Lead to define how If can improve employee productivity, collaboration and digital work through AI, helping colleagues thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. About the role In this role, you will drive AI initiatives within If, with a particular focus on Digital Workplace, AI productivity tooling and employee collaboration. You will help define direction and priorities, coordinate delivery and adoption, and advise Digital Workplace leadership on where AI can create measurable business value. You may take Product Owner responsibilities when relevant, but the role is defined by its broader mandate to drive AI priorities and value delivery over time. Your focus will be to enable safe, responsible, and scalable AI adoption across If. You will work closely with the AI Acceleration Tribe and relevant squads, specialists and stakeholders across If. As our operating model evolves, your focus will remain on helping If scale AI productivity capabilities responsibly and effectively. The role offers exposure to senior management, and you will regularly present strategic recommendations, priorities and progress to forums such as IT Management, IT operations Management and the Tribe Business Owner Board. You will be a key driver to the long-term AI strategy for employee productivity and collaboration, align priorities across teams, and support the transition from experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption. Your success will be measured by the value you help create, including clearer priorities, faster adoption, stronger governance and scalable platform capabilities. We offer

  • An including work environment where everyone is welcome

  • Social activities, as well as highly skilled professional environment
  • Possibility of hybrid workplace
  • Health promoting workplace with e.g., wellness allowance and various sports activities

About the team You will be part of our Digital Workplace organization and work across a broad Nordic and cross-functional environment. In Digital Workplace, you’ll help thousands of colleagues use AI in ways that make everyday work simpler, smarter and more effective. As part of a stable and trusted employer, you’ll join a collaborative team that takes ownership, drives meaningful change, and puts employee experience at the centre of everything we do. Who are you? You are a strategic and pragmatic leader who balances long-term vision with a strong focus on getting things done. You are energized by the opportunities AI creates, while remaining focused on business value, usability, security, governance and practical implementation. You set clear priorities, challenge assumptions and are comfortable saying no, or not yet, when needed to protect focus and maximize value. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and create momentum through clarity, credibility and collaboration. You can influence senior stakeholders, specialists and decision-makers without formal authority. You move seamlessly between leadership discussions, product prioritization, technology strategy, vendor management, governance requirements, and hands-on backlog work. You are equally comfortable discussing long-term direction with senior leaders as working with teams to turn ideas into tangible outcomes. You also have:

  • Experience leading AI, digital or business transformation, whether in management consulting, an in-house strategy or transformation role, product management, or a comparable position.
  • A strong understanding of AI opportunities, tools, platforms, and adoption challenges in a large organization.
