Role Description The AI Platform Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable AI and data platforms that support advanced analytics and machine learning workloads. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating software components, implementing APIs and services, and optimizing infrastructure for reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting platform issues, monitoring system health, and collaborating with data scientists and developers to deploy and operationalize AI models. The AI Platform Engineer will also manage data pipelines, configure databases and storage solutions, and ensure security and compliance across cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires proactive communication, effective collaboration with distributed teams, and continuous improvement of platform tooling and automation. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Development and Programming skills, with experience in languages commonly used for AI platforms (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
• Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure skills, including working with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Candidates should possess practical Databases skills, including experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, debug, and resolve complex platform and system issues efficiently.
• Experience with AI/ML tooling and frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes-based ML platforms, MLOps tools, model deployment and monitoring) is highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, microservices architecture, and security best practices is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural environment, with clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
