AI/ML Trainer

JOB DETAILS: Role: Artificial Intelligence Trainer Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (Hybrid) Type of Hiring: Contract Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI/Data Trainer with 10+ years of industry experience to design and deliver high-quality training programs covering Artificial Intelligence, Data, Machine Learning, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and training skills, enabling both technical and non-technical audiences to understand and apply AI and Data concepts effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led training programs on AI and Data topics.
• Develop training materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, labs, and assessments.
• Deliver training to technical and business audiences.
• Explain complex AI/Data concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Conduct workshops and interactive learning sessions.
• Develop real-world use cases, demos, and practical exercises.
• Assess participant knowledge and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training content based on audience skill levels and business requirements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Cloud.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to define learning objectives.
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve course content.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, or related technology areas.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, Technical Instructor, Consultant, SME, or Technical Lead.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML and Data concepts.
• Hands-on understanding of technologies such as:
• Python
• SQL
• Machine Learning
• Generative AI / LLMs
• Data Engineering & Analytics
• Cloud platforms
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating technical training content and hands-on labs.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, or AI Agents.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/Data services.
• Experience delivering corporate/enterprise training programs.
• Relevant AI/Data certifications.
• Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
