AI Manufacturing Solutions Consultant Role Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Manufacturing specialist to support the development and deployment of advanced AI-driven initiatives across a large-scale manufacturing organisation. The successful consultant will play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through predictive analytics, digital twin technologies, and production optimisation solutions. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong manufacturing background who can bridge the gap between industrial operations and emerging AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing operations and identify high-value AI use cases
• Lead and support Predictive Maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Design and enhance Digital Twin capabilities to enable simulation and operational optimisation
• Work closely with plant operations, engineering, and technology teams to implement AI-driven solutions
• Analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency gains
• Support the development of AI roadmaps, business cases, and implementation strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple manufacturing sites
• Ensure AI solutions align with operational and business objectives

Required Experience

• Significant experience within manufacturing, industrial operations, or smart factory environments
• Proven track record delivering AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with Predictive Maintenance frameworks and asset optimisation
• Strong knowledge of Digital Twins and industrial IoT ecosystems
• Experience improving manufacturing performance through data-driven optimisation
• Understanding of production systems, manufacturing execution processes, and operational excellence principles
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills

• Strong manufacturing domain expert with AI implementation experience
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders

• Europe-based and available for occasional travel
