AI Games Product & Innovation Lead Help Reinvent How Games Are Made Stockholm, Sweden (preferred) | Remote within Europe considered What if we could completely rethink how games are created? Not just use AI to make existing processes a little faster. But reimagine the entire journey, from an initial idea to a fully playable game. We're working with an established, highly successful gaming group that's launching a new venture with AI at the heart of everything it does. The ambition is to create an AI-native games studio that challenges how the industry develops, produces and launches games. We're looking for someone with an unusual combination of product instinct, creativity and a genuine passion for artificial intelligence to help make that vision a reality. Someone who understands what makes a great game, is constantly experimenting with emerging AI technologies and sees possibilities that others haven't yet considered. This isn't a traditional Product Manager position. Nor is it purely an AI engineering role. It's an opportunity for someone who loves building things, thinks differently and wants to shape what the next generation of game development could look like. What you'll do

• Create games differently: Use AI to take ideas from concept to playable experiences, exploring entirely new approaches to game design, development and production.
• Drive product innovation: Identify opportunities for new game concepts, mechanics, features and experiences that AI makes possible.
• Build AI-powered workflows: Experiment with AI agents, generative technologies and automation to dramatically accelerate how games are created.
• Own the product journey: Think beyond individual prototypes, understanding gameplay, player engagement, product quality and commercial potential.
• Challenge the status quo: Question traditional development processes and find smarter, faster and more creative alternatives.
• Think long term: Help establish the tools, processes and product vision that allow an AI-native gaming studio to scale.
• Explore new verticals: Initially focus on online slots, with the freedom to explore opportunities across other forms of digital gaming.

Who we're looking for We're looking for a curious, entrepreneurial individual who combines strong product thinking with a deep practical interest in AI. Someone who is excited about what's possible and has the initiative to make things happen. You'll ideally bring:

• A strong understanding of digital products, ideally within gaming, interactive entertainment or another creative technology environment.
• Genuine hands-on experience using AI tools, agents and generative technologies to create, prototype or improve products.
• An understanding of how games are designed, developed and brought to market.
• The technical curiosity and ability to experiment with AI-powered development tools and production workflows.
• Strong product instincts, balancing creativity, player experience and commercial viability.
• The ability to turn ambitious ideas into working prototypes and ultimately scalable products.
• A structured, long-term mindset alongside the willingness to move quickly and experiment.

You don't need to be a traditional software engineer, and you don't need to come from the gambling industry. We're more interested in people who understand products, are genuinely passionate about AI and can demonstrate how they've used technology to build something interesting. Why this opportunity?
