AI Enablement Specialist

We are looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to help turn that ambition into adoption, concrete solutions, and measurable business impact across the group. In this key role, you will be a part of our Group AI Transformation Office responsible for driving transformative change and AI adoption across all group functions. This role offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies alongside a diverse group of people, making a direct impact on Matas Group’s organization and shaping the future of AI-driven retail. About The Role As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will lead a variety of AI initiatives, with a strong focus on business transformation, adoption, and enablement. You will report to the Head of AI Transformation Office and collaborate closely with our technology organization, external partners and key business stakeholders across Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Your overall focus will be on helping drive successful adoption and integration of AI across the organization. What you will do:

• Own people-focused AI adoption across functions and business areas
• Lead workshops, training, and hands-on support to build AI capability
• Develop AI communities, champions, and best-practice sharing across Matas Group
• Help business develop practical AI solutions with e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude etc.
• Support strategic AI projects from a business and adoption perspective
• Track adoption, gather feedback, and improve enablement efforts over time

• Genuine interest in helping people understand and confidently use AI
• Strong communicator who can make AI practical and accessible
• Structured approach to turning AI ideas into adoption activities
• Self-driven and comfortable operating in complex, fast-changing environments

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years experience from consulting, change management or similar
• Relevant academic background in business or technology
• Strong interest in AI and how it can improve everyday work
• Retail, e-commerce, or consumer industry experience is a plus
