AI Enablement Manager

We are looking for an AI Enablement Manager for our client, an AI implementation and advisory company located in central Stockholm, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. In this highly client-facing role, you will inspire leaders and employees, deliver practical workshops and training programmes, and help customers transform AI opportunities into concrete initiatives. You will combine facilitation, client dialogue, commercial awareness, and a practical understanding of how AI can improve day-to-day business processes. • Deliver engaging AI seminars, inspiration sessions, workshops, and tailored training programmes for client teams and leaders.
• Facilitate customer discussions to identify relevant AI use cases, business needs, process improvements, and adoption opportunities.
• Plan, prepare, deliver, and follow up on AI enablement programmes, including training materials, workshop formats, and participant communication.
• Coordinate several parallel client groups, recurring training sessions, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Advise customers on the practical use of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, AI agents, and existing information structures.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on workshops, advanced training, and AI implementation initiatives.

Ideal candidate profile

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders, employees, and larger groups - both in English and Swedish.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, training, workshops, change management, project management, or digital-transformation initiatives.
• A solid practical understanding of AI, generative AI, AI agents, machine learning concepts, and relevant business use cases; hands-on AI development experience is not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, permissions, data handling, information sharing, and information-security considerations.
• A structured and proactive way of working, with the ability to manage multiple clients, programmes, groups, and deadlines at the same time.
• A commercially minded, relationship-oriented person who is comfortable identifying client needs and developing the conversation beyond the initial workshop or training session.
