About the Role You will join a product-focused environment where internal tools are being built to help marketing teams plan smarter across global and local markets. This is a hands-on full-stack role where AI is not a side topic but a natural part of daily development. Agentic tools such as Claude Code and similar solutions are central to how the team designs, writes, and ships software. You will take ownership from idea to production and work close to the people using the product. The role combines technical breadth with real product impact, and you will help shape both the solutions being built and the way the team works as it grows. What makes this especially interesting is the chance to influence both product development and modern AI-supported engineering practices in a fast-moving setup. Job DescriptionYou will own features end-to-end, from understanding needs and discussing priorities with stakeholders to development, release, and follow-up in production. You will work across the full stack and build web applications covering frontend, backend, database, Azure cloud, and API integrations. You will integrate AI capabilities into real product surfaces and turn them into practical functionality that supports marketing teams. You will use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow to speed up development while keeping a critical eye on quality. You will review AI-generated code carefully, identify weaknesses, and make sure the final implementation is robust and production-ready. You will document what you build, ask questions early, and contribute to clear and sustainable ways of working. You will maintain and improve the products you have built, with responsibility that continues after release. Requirements5+ years of shipping real products as a full-stack developer Experience building and deploying web applications end-to-end across frontend, backend, database, Azure cloud, and API integrations Comfort working with relational databases and a careful approach to schema changes Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar as a genuine development accelerator Ability to read AI-generated code critically and catch what it gets wrong A practical mindset with focus on shipping working software Ability to ask questions early, document solutions, and take long-term responsibility for what you build What We OfferPermanent employment at Avaron AB Occupational pension Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
