AI Consultant – AI Transformation & Agent Development About the Role We are looking for a hands-on AI Consultant to support our clients in identifying, developing and scaling practical AI solutions across business functions and industries. The ideal candidate combines business understanding, AI strategy and hands-on technical skills. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, design and build practical AI agents, develop proofs of concept and create scalable roadmaps for AI adoption. This is a highly practical role for someone who enjoys moving from business problem → AI opportunity → working solution → scalable implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess opportunities where AI, Generative AI and AI agents can improve business processes, productivity, decision-making and customer or employee experiences.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges, processes, data and desired outcomes.
• Design, build, test and deploy AI agents and AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AI platforms or similar technologies.
• Develop proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrate the practical value of AI solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from different sources and systems.
• Extract, clean, transform and structure data required for AI solutions and agent workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with business applications, data sources and existing technology ecosystems where required.
• Evaluate different AI models, tools and platforms and recommend appropriate technologies based on business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, intelligent workflows and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Translate successful PoCs into practical AI adoption and scaling roadmaps.
• Define use cases, priorities, expected business value, implementation requirements and potential risks.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, product teams and other stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
• Support clients in establishing responsible, scalable and sustainable approaches to AI adoption.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, automation platforms and emerging AI technologies.

Required Experience

• Proven experience working with AI, Generative AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or AI-powered applications rather than purely providing strategic advice.
• Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google AI platforms, Azure AI, OpenAI or similar technologies.
• Strong data extraction, transformation and cleansing skills.
• Good working knowledge of technologies such as Python, SQL, Power Query, APIs or similar data/automation technologies.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Experience developing and presenting AI proofs of concept.
• Ability to identify business problems and translate them into practical AI use cases.
• Experience creating AI transformation or implementation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, workflows and AI automation.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with existing business applications or technology environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and experience working with international, cross-functional and multicultural teams.

What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who can operate across three dimensions: Business + AI Strategy + Technology You should be able to understand a business challenge, identify where AI can create value, design the right solution, build a working AI agent or PoC, and help define how that solution can be scaled. Experience in a specific industry is not mandatory. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked across multiple business domains and can apply AI thinking to new and unfamiliar environments.
