AI Agent Specialist – SAP S/4HANA About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Specialist for our customer, who is undergoing a strategic transition to a new SAP S/4HANA ERP system through a greenfield implementation. The programme aims to optimize business processes, improve cross-functional collaboration and strengthen data capabilities across nine mills in Europe and North America. Following the successful implementation of the first release at a pilot site, the customer is now preparing for the next rollout in 2027. In this role, you will help the programme make practical use of AI by identifying opportunities, building AI agents and supporting teams in integrating them into their daily work. You will work closely with programme leaders, workstream leads and subject-matter experts to turn business needs into useful, secure and scalable AI solutions. The customer is looking for a hands-on specialist who can combine strong technical expertise in Microsoft Copilot and Azure with excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills. The main location is the customer's office in Solna. Some travel will be required, primarily within Sweden, Finland and the US. Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI agents by working closely with programme leaders and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs, pain points and repetitive tasks.
• Translate requirements into clear agent concepts, including objectives, data sources, limitations, risks and success criteria.
• Design, build and continuously improve AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Azure.
• Test prototypes and gather feedback from stakeholders through an iterative development approach.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including information security, data privacy, access control and human oversight.
• Document integrations, data dependencies, permissions, monitoring and ongoing support requirements.
• Establish reusable methods and best practices for developing and maintaining AI agents across the programme.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience with SAP and SAP implementation projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Azure.
• Experience in development, integrations and data-related solutions.
• Strong requirements management experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing requirements in an iterative development environment.
• Good understanding of responsible AI, information protection, privacy, security, access control and governance.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills and good Swedish language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in SAP S/4HANA and AI-related tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Experience identifying and implementing practical AI use cases in complex business environments.
