About us We may not be the biggest name in expense and travel management, but we want to build one of the best products in the market. That gives us the backing and resources of a much larger company. At the same time, Acubiz is still a small company. You work close to the people making the decisions, you get a good view of the whole business, and it's easy to see how your own work makes a difference. Right now, we're rebuilding our product from scratch with NextGen. That means a new tech stack, new ways of working, and AI playing a much bigger role in both the product and how we build it. About the role NextGen is already being used internally in Acubiz, and we are preparing to onboard our first customer in October. That means we are moving into a phase where product development, customer onboarding, go-to-market activities and organisational readiness all need to come together. We are looking for an Agile Project Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to help us drive this phase of the NextGen Project. The role has two main sides:
A big part of the job is making sure these tracks stay aligned and that dependencies, risks and decisions are visible and handled early. You will report to the Director of Innovation & Technology and work closely with a product and development organisation of 15+ people. What you’ll do
Your role is to create structure, momentum and transparency across the different workstreams and make sure the right people are moving in the same direction. What we’re looking for
You might currently work as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, Scrum Master or in a similar role. The practical part This is a 12-month maternity cover from 1st of December 2026 to 30th of November 2027. The salary range is DKK 55,000–63,000 per month + pension, depending on experience and qualifications. We review applications as they come in - deadline is the 14th of October.
