Agency Partner Manager - Nordics Market

Responsibilities TikTok's Scaled Growth team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with independent agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and long term relationships. This position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships to drive long-term growth. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow independent agencies in the Nordics market.

• Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with independent agencies in the Nordics market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
• Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
• Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)

• Experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth
• Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising experience with direct client management experience.
• Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
• Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish, with the ability to engage confidently with marketing and business decision-makers, as you'll be working on Nordic markets.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with the ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities
• Entrepreneurial mindset - able to think strategically, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a scaling organisation.
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist with a team player and collaborator mentality
