Learn more jti.com Please apply by October 1st Local applicants only Role Permanent Location Stockholm Reporting to Digital Lead Manager Acquisition Manager We are seeking a Digital Acquisition manager to leadt the strategy, development and execution of our digital acquisition innitiatives. This role will focus on driving awareness, lead generation, and customer growth across the full top-of-funnel journey (Discover–Consider–Buy) by optimizing performance across 3rd party ecommerce partners, paid media, social media, and digital touchpoints. It will work closely with internal teams, partners and external agencies to ensure initiatives are implemented with excellence, continuously optimized, and contribute directly to business performance and audience growth. Position As the Digital Manager (Acquisition), you will

• Support the implementation and optimization of the digital acquisition strategy across all key channels (paid media, social, 3rd party platforms)
• Ensure strong alignment between business objectives, campaign goals, and channel execution
• Identify new opportunities to grow traffic, leads, and customer base across digital touchpoints
• Coordinate and manage digital campaigns end-to-end (briefing, launch, testing, optimization, reporting)
• Work closely with media and creative agencies to ensure high-quality execution and performance delivery
• Monitor campaign performance continuously and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to improve effectiveness across channels
• Support the execution and optimization of key acquisition channels, such as 3rd party ecom partners, paid media (Search, Display, Paid Social), influencer activations
• Ensure consistency across channels and alignment with overall brand and content strategy
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, CRM, and Technical teams
• Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and offline initiatives when relevant
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all activities follow local regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition and/or performance marketing
• Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on execution and strategic thinking experience
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and KPIs
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
