About the Role As an Accounting Student Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in an international environment while supporting our Finance team with administrative and accounting-related tasks. The primary focus of the role is assisting with the administration and application of company insurance policies, while also supporting the team with a variety of office and administrative tasks. This position offers valuable insight into finance and business operations within a global organization. The position is expected to be 10 hours per week, primarily on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some flexibility. Key Responsibilities As an Accounting Student Assistant, you will:

  • Support the administration and application of company insurance policies.
  • Coordinate and follow up on insurance-related documentation and requests.
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and administrative data.
  • Assist with various office and administrative tasks supporting the Finance team.
  • Provide ad hoc support on finance and administration-related activities.

Key Skills for Success

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new IT systems.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Structured, reliable, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
