Accountable Head (Daglig Leder)

Finanstilsynet has already signed you off to run a regulated business. That one fact makes you more useful to this role than any CV could. A European business, profitable, no outside investors, already turning over close to €50M, is setting up its regulated Norwegian entity. It needs the person who will carry it. You would be the daglig leder, the name Finanstilsynet holds responsible. You run it day to day and own the governance and the regulator relationship. A real operating seat in a clean, revenue generating business. Not a turnaround or a rescue job. The sector you can learn. What you cannot manufacture is having already passed egnethet as the head of a regulated financial entity. If you have, and you want to do it again on your own terms, we want you. Suitable for a current or former daglig leder or CEO of a Finanstilsynet-regulated bank, insurer, investment or payments firm, or an approved compliance or risk head ready to take the full seat. Not for a commercial country manager who has never held the licence, and not for anyone after a board title to collect. Salary up to €130,000 plus bonus. Full time, Oslo.
