Account Manager (Swedish Speaking)

Swedish- Speaking Account Manager Location: Copenhagen City Centre (Full time, Office Based) What we do at OrderYOYO Helping restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success. The Role We are looking for a commercially aware and relationship-driven Account Manager to join a brand-new team looking after our most valuable restaurant partners. You will help our restaurants grow, stay with us and get more from everything we offer. We’re launching this team across the UK, Germany, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands, with plans to expand further next year, so this is a great chance to help shape a new function from the start! Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Managing a cohort of key restaurant partners
• Growing GMV within your accounts by helping partners increase orders through their app and website.
• Running regular check-ins with your partners and gathering feedback to share with our product and commercial teams.
• Using our CRM insights to spot where a partner’s performance could improve and where extra support or products would help.
• Driving adoption of additional products and features, such as marketing packages, ePOS and Self-Service Kiosks.
• Identifying upsell opportunities on our existing products and services.
• Protecting retention by spotting early signs of risk and acting before a partner churns.
• Working closely with Onboarding, Sales and Support so partners get a joined-up experience.
• Your success will be measured on GMV growth, retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction and upselling.

What We Are Looking For In You

• Experience in account management, customer success or a client-facing commercial role is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for attitude and a drive to succeed above anything else.
• Someone who builds strong, long-term relationships and earns trust quickly.
• Commercially aware: you understand how your customers make money and how to help them make more.
• Comfortable with data, and able to take insights from dashboards and turn them into clear recommendations.
• Organised and proactive, able to manage accounts, prioritise well and follow through.
• A confident communicator over the phone
