With our brand gaining more and more traction here and in order to strengthen our position within the leisure and commuting segment we have an exciting opportunity for an… Account Manager Sweden Your work As a Sweden based professional, your role would entail visiting dealerships, some remote work from home and working alongside the Region Manager and another account manager. The preferred area to visit is southern Sweden with strong focus on the west-coast, but depending on the location we are open to rotate the territories together with the team.

• As a full account managers role, you will have comprehensive responsibilities covering both sales and support aspects.
• Your main objective would be to provide a highly professional service to all your customers, ensuring their needs are met and supporting them in growing the brand’s sales and branding in their shops.
• Dealer Network and Acquisition: You will not only work with an existing dealer base but also have the responsibility for identifying and growing the network within the territory. Acquiring new dealers on a continuous basis and nurturing them to become a true Gazelle Ambassador is key for our consumers' experience.
• Support and Training: This involves promoting and monitoring the use of the Ambassador Club learning platform, conducting product training sessions, sharing best practices and assisting dealers in implementing effective sales strategies.
• Market Analysis: Monitoring and communicating market trends and customer preferences is essential to identify opportunities and challenges to help the team and Gazelle grow.
• Communication & Way of Working: Provide the Regional Manager with updates on dealer visits, sales performance, market trends and any other relevant information.
• Establish good working relationships with colleagues in the support teams at Dieren (HQ), Netherlands, which include customer service, credit control and service department.

Your profile

• At least 2 years previous account management experience in the bike industry. Ideally currently working in the bicycle industry as well
• A good knowledge and understanding of the Sweden cycle industry is a must, with a good insight into the ebike sector.
• Having a strong understanding of the market in your territory is key to adding value to the existing team and working on your own initiative.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work well under your own steam as well as build and maintain long term business relationships on all levels.
• Focused on achieving goals and nurturing strong dealer relationships, creating value for Gazelle, the dealer and the consumer.
• Effective planning and organisational capabilities.
• Proven sales and service record whereby integrity is high on your agenda.
• Technically minded., computer skills and data driven.
• Full Sweden driving licence.
