Account Manager, Nordic Corporate Sales - SEB Kort, Copenhagen

Do you enjoy building strong customer relationships and finding smart payment solutions in a high pace environment? Join our Nordic team in Copenhagen. We are looking for an Account Manager to support our small and mid-sized clients based in Denmark. You will join a friendly Nordic team and work with customers, sales and modern corporate payment solutions. About the role As Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customers headquartered in Denmark, with business needs across the Nordics and Europe. You will learn about their needs, give clear advice and offer suitable AirPlus payment solutions. The role combines sales, customer care and long-term relationship building. What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
• Find sales opportunities and close deals
• Work closely with Nordic colleagues and internal specialists
• Keep customer and sales information updated in CRM

Who we are looking for You enjoy B2B sales, take ownership and make things happen. You are curious, open and comfortable working in a busy environment. You also care about the team’s success, not only your own results.

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate customer management
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to close deals
• Comfortable contacting customers by phone and email
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Confidence using data, digital tools and CRM
• Interest in payments or financial services is helpful, but not required
