• Responsible for managing core customer relationship activities with a solution-oriented approach.
• Identify customer needs and explore new business opportunities within key accounts.
• Develop customer business plans and provide market feedback to leadership on competitive offerings, prospect needs, and ideas for product and service portfolio development.
• Lead the sales and marketing functions for the key account, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Experience/Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in telecom account sales.
• Strong background in managing carrier customers, including engagement with CXO-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in aligning sales strategies with CXO priorities to drive business growth.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with a proven record of securing new business.
• Consistent achievement in increasing revenue through effective lead generation and conversion.
• Fluent in Norsk and English, Mandarin is preferred.
• Fully eligible to work within the European Union.
• Bachelor degree is highly preferred"
