Role snapshot
About Us Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Kiehl's, Spotify, Hard Rock Cafe & Four Seasons. On the inside, we're a team of talented, motivated, and humble individuals, including our dedicated Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams, alongside our expert Designers, Engineers, and Music specialists. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion. The Role We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Account Executive to join our Sales team in Sweden. You’ll build strong relationships with larger multi-location businesses, ranging from 6 sites to hundreds, guiding them through consultative sales cycles and aligning key decision-makers. With a steady flow of inbound leads and a clear playbook, you’ll tailor solutions that create long-term value, often advising on audio setups, while maintaining momentum toward closing high-impact partnerships. You’ll report directly to our VP Sales. Responsibilities
About You You take ownership, think strategically, and thrive on building relationships that lead to long-term success. You’re comfortable managing a mid-market sales segment that includes both smaller and larger organizations. Sales cycles typically range from one week to several months, with an average of around 4–6 weeks. You know how to qualify leads and prioritize your time effectively. You’re comfortable moving quickly when a shorter sales cycle is appropriate, while also having the patience and structure needed to manage larger and more complex deals. You’re results-driven and persistent, but also empathetic and patient in your approach. You can adapt your pitch to complex organizational needs, ask the right questions, and guide prospects toward a clear decision. Alongside your sales skills, you bring a solid understanding of commercial audio solutions, whether from working with Pro-AV integrators, audio hardware providers, or similar industries. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you know how to discuss and advise on technical setups in a clear and customer-focused way. You balance momentum with attention to detail, ensuring that every interaction moves the deal forward while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Naturally curious, you look for smarter ways to work, embrace feedback, and enjoy shaping solutions that create real business impact. And if you love music like we do, even better! Requirements
