Account Executive

Their cutting-edge IoT and SaaS solutions enable retailers to optimise in-store operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through connected, data-driven technology. We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Account Executive to join a growing technology business and play a key role in expanding its presence across the Nordic market. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–6 years of sales experience who is ready to take the next step into more complex, consultative and enterprise-level sales. You’ll work closely with an experienced sales team, learning how to manage longer sales cycles, engage multiple senior stakeholders and sell sophisticated technology solutions to retailers based on value rather than price. What you’ll be doing

• Developing new business opportunities across the Nordic region
• Building strong relationships with customers and partners
• Supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Learning how to identify and demonstrate commercial value for customers
• Working alongside experienced sales leaders and solution engineers
• Progressively taking ownership of customers, partners and opportunities
• Developing into a fully autonomous enterprise salesperson over time

What we’re looking for

• Around 2–6 years of sales experience
• Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, retail, CPG/FMCG or another complex sales environment
• A genuine interest in new business and hunting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand and communicate value
• Comfortable working with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
• Ambitious, curious and highly coachable
• Comfortable learning and selling technology

You don’t need to have sold retail technology before. We’re more interested in your potential, ambition, sales ability and mindset than having a perfect industry background. The role is based in Stockholm, with a flexible hybrid approach depending on travel and customer requirements.
