What you'll do

PRITECT.AI Senior Account Executive First sales hire · Remote, anywhere · Fourteen governance domains, one platform, one data model Location Remote. We are a fully remote company and we do not mind where you live. Reports to Nicholai Pfeiffer, Founder of Pritect.ai and Managing Partner, White Label Consultancy Start ASAP Package EUR 92,000 base, EUR 130,000 on-target earnings, 70/30 split, commission uncapped Working language English Travel Several trips a quarter to customers The short version Pritect.ai is a governance platform covering fourteen domains on one data model: data protection, AI governance, cybersecurity, enterprise risk, third-party governance, legal operations, ESG and CSRD reporting, competition and dawn-raid readiness, whistleblowing and general compliance, governance and workflow, training, inventories, incident management and an executive command centre. It is built and run by senior GRC practitioners: people who spent their careers as DPOs, risk leaders and heads of compliance inside large organisations, and then built the platform they always wanted to be given. We launched commercially early 2026. We have paying enterprise customers across the EU, and the UAE. We publish our prices on our website. And we have never had a dedicated salesperson. That last sentence is the job. You would be our first commercial hire, and you would own the motion end to end: pipeline, discovery, demo, sandbox, procurement, close. What you would be selling The count is not the point. What matters commercially is that it is one data model underneath. A supplier added in data protection is the same record in cybersecurity and third-party risk. A clause finding in a contract becomes an atomic risk in the enterprise register on its own, and traces back to the clause that produced it. One incident record carries the GDPR, NIS2, DORA, EU AI Act Article 73 and Whistleblower Directive notification clocks at the same time. Vendors who assembled their platforms by acquisition cannot say that, and your prospects have usually already been burned finding out. Who buys DPOs, CISOs, Heads of Compliance, General Counsel, Heads of Risk and Chief Risk Officers, and increasingly the executive committee that wants one view across all of them Who we sell to Medium and large corporates with a real, operating compliance programme that is being run on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Pharma and medtech, financial services, aviation, telecom, industrial and consumer goods, energy Deal size Published tiers run from EUR 3,600 to EUR 26,000 a year, all in. Enterprise Custom starts at EUR 6,250 a month. The prices are on our website, so you and the buyer both know the number before the first call What we displace Usually a stack rather than a competitor: OneTrust or TrustArc for privacy, Vanta or Drata for security compliance, a separate ERM tool, a separate whistleblowing provider, a legal-ops or CLM point solution, and a spreadsheet holding the joins together Cycle Two to six months, shortened by a guided sandbox that most prospects enter within days of the demo Geography Nordics first, then wherever the right buyer profile lives. Today that also means the UK, the UAE and the broader EU. Saudi PDPL, ADGM and DIFC frameworks are built in, and the GCC is a live market rather than an aspiration Who we are looking for You are probably at OneTrust, Vanta, Drata, TrustArc, Securiti, DataGuard, ComplyCloud, RISMA, Wired Relations, TrustWorks, AuditBoard or Optro, LogicGate, Riskonnect, Diligent, NAVEX or Sprinto right now. Because of how wide the platform is, we would be just as interested in you if you sell contract lifecycle or legal operations software (Ironclad, Luminance, Juro), ESG and CSRD reporting (Workiva, Position Green), or whistleblowing and ethics platforms (EQS, WhistleB). What matters is that you already know this room and do not need six months to learn it. Required:

  • Five or more years closing B2B SaaS, at least two of them in GRC, privacy, security compliance, risk or legal technology.
  • A track record of selling to DPOs, CISOs, Heads of Compliance, General Counsel or Heads of Risk at medium and large corporates, not to SMEs.
  • You run your own demos. There is no sales engineer here and there will not be one this year.
  • You are fluent in the vocabulary without being coached: RoPA, DPIA, data subject requests, the EU AI Act risk tiers, NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, third-party risk. You do not need to be a practitioner. You cannot be learning what a DPIA is on the call.
  • You can source a meaningful share of your own pipeline, and you would rather write twenty researched, specific approaches than two hundred templated ones.
  • You are comfortable being measured. Every deal carries a dated next action, and we review the pipeline weekly.
  • You can sell a platform rather than a module. The hard part of this job is not the demo. It is helping a buyer see that five or six line items in their budget are one purchase, and helping them sequence the switch without breaking anything.

- What will make you stand out:

  • A Scandinavian language. Much of our warm network correspondence is in Danish or Norwegian, and it helps. It is not a requirement: our buyers all work in English.
  • You have been the first or second commercial hire somewhere before, and you know the difference between building a motion and running one.
  • You have sold against OneTrust and know precisely where it hurts.
  • You have worked a sandbox, pilot or product-led trial motion, rather than a proof-of-concept that takes a quarter and a statement of work.
  • You have sat on the buying side of a GRC purchase, or been a practitioner yourself.

What we can offer that a bigger vendor cannot

  • Transparent pricing. Our prices are on our website. You will never run a qualification call whose real purpose is to establish a budget ceiling, and you will never have to explain why the company next door pays less for the same software.
  • A product built by the people who used to be your buyer. When a prospect asks something hard about Article 30 or Annex III, the person who can answer it wrote the feature.
  • Depth you will not have to apologise for. Most people who sell in this category spend part of every cycle managing around a gap. You will spend more of yours showing prospects capability they did not know existed and did not think they could afford.
  • A product on modern infrastructure rather than a decade-old one. The incumbents are retrofitting AI onto platforms built long before it existed. That is a difference a technical buyer can see in a demo, and it is the kind of thing that wins a bake-off.
  • A short line to a decision. Four partners, no committee, no pricing council.
  • A quota that comes out of a financial model you can read before you accept the offer, including the pipeline assumptions behind it. If you think the assumptions are wrong, we would rather hear it in the interview than in month seven.
  • Genuinely remote. The company has always worked this way. It is not a policy we adopted and are quietly rolling back.
  • A warm base to start from. Existing consulting relationships, a partner channel that already produces booked demos, and roughly fifty live mid-funnel opportunities. You are not starting from an empty list.

What we cannot offer, and you should know now We would rather lose you at this paragraph than in month four.

  • No SDR and no BDR. There is a fractional marketer and a real but modest demand-generation budget. There is not a demand-generation team.
  • No venture money. Pritect is bootstrapped and funded by the consulting practice behind it. That means no pressure to chase a number that makes no sense, and it also means no war chest.
  • No brand halo. A good number of prospects will not have heard of us. You will need to be comfortable opening cold and earning the meeting on the substance.
  • Four partners who also sell, and who will have opinions about how you sell. You would be the specialist in the room on commercial method, but you would not be operating unobserved.
  • If you need a large marketing machine underneath you in order to be effective, you will be unhappy here.

The package Base salary EUR 92,000 On-target earnings EUR 130,000 at 100 per cent of quota, split 70/30 base to variable Commission Uncapped, and guaranteed at target for your first three months while you ramp First-year quota In the region of EUR 200,000 of new annual recurring revenue, pro-rated from your start date. Pension and employer contributions Per the norms of the country you work in Equipment Laptop, phone and a home-office allowance Currency Quoted in euros, paid in your local currency We publish this because we think a senior person should be able to decide whether a conversation is worth their time before having it. It is the same argument we make about our software pricing, and it would be strange to make it in one place and not the other. How the process runs

  • Thirty minutes with Nicholai. What you have sold, to whom, and what you want next.
  • A working session, ninety minutes. We give you access to the platform and a real prospect scenario, and you run discovery and a demo back at us. We are not testing polish. We are testing whether you can hold a conversation with a DPO who knows more about compliance than you do.
  • A conversation with the partners.
  • References. Two you arrange, and two of ours that you are free to call. We think that should go both ways.
  • Offer.

We commit to a decision within three weeks of your first call, and to telling you why if the answer is no. To apply Email jobs@whitelabelconsultancy.com with the subject line Senior AE. Send whatever gives us the clearest picture of you: a CV, a LinkedIn profile, or three paragraphs on the hardest deal you have closed and why it was hard. We would rather read the three paragraphs. No recruitment agencies, thank you.
