Account Executive – New Business

Your mission Join us as our next Account Executive for Denmark and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Danish market. In this customer-facing new business role, you will own the complete sales journey from prospecting to closing, helping organizations solve business challenges through innovative software solutions. We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented sales professional who combines strategic account planning with hands-on execution, enjoys engaging decision-makers, and thrives in a collaborative international environment. You are responsible for acquiring new customers and building relationships from the first interaction. You combine structured sales execution with a customer-centric mindset. What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing
• Identify and prioritize target accounts using data and market insights
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound, events, and networking
• Develop and execute acquisition plans for your territory
• Run discovery, demos, and workshops focused on customer outcomes
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and build trusted relationships
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Product to win deals
• Maintain CRM accuracy and reliable forecasting

Your profile

• 5+years experience in SaaS or software new business sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision-makers
• Structured sales approach (e.g.MEDDIC, Challenger or similar)
• Analytical mindset and resilience
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Fluent Danish and English

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or IT service management software
• Existing network in the Danish market
