This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of pipeline generation and play a key part in shaping the local sales culture. 🎯 What You’ll Do Own full-cycle sales from prospecting to close Generate ~70% of your own pipeline Manage inbound leads and convert opportunities Sell into SMB/MM accounts Deal size: €10K–15K ARR | Sales cycle: 3–4 months Quota: ~€300K ARR Drive pipeline, forecasting, and activity levels 📈 The Opportunity Be part of a cultural shift from inbound to outbound sales.
