Account Assistant

We’re looking for an organised Account Assistant to support both our client account team and our day-to-day finance administration. You’ll help coordinate travel programmes while keeping booking and financial records accurate. The role - Prepare proposals, itineraries, quotations, and client documents. - Liaise with clients, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers. - Track booking details, supplier rates, payments, and deadlines. - Prepare and record client invoices and supplier bills. - Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including following up on outstanding payments. - Reconcile invoices, receipts, and booking records; flag any discrepancies. - Record expenses and organise financial documents for the finance team. About you - You have a degree in Economics. - You communicate confidently in Thai and English, both spoken and written. - You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with numbers. - You can manage several tasks and deadlines while keeping accurate records. - You are confident using Microsoft Excel and willing to learn our booking and accounting systems. Experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, tourism, or hospitality would be an advantage.
