What you'll do
We are looking for an experienced Able Seafarer (AB) to work on a RORO/ROPAX vessel trading from Billund, Denmark. You will be part of the deck crew, helping to ensure safe navigation, cargo handling, and good maintenance of the vessel.
- Joining 14/10/2026
- Rotation 8 week ON / 4 weeks OFF
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist on deck during mooring, unmooring and anchoring operations
- Handle loading and discharging of vehicles and cargo on RORO/ROPAX decks
- Stand lookout and helmsman watches as instructed by the officer on watch
- Carry out routine deck maintenance, cleaning, painting and basic repairs
- Follow safety procedures and take part in drills and emergency duties
- Requirements:
- Valid AB certificate and STCW basic safety training - MANDATORY
- Experience on RORO or ROPAX vessels is an advantage
- Good seamanship and understanding of deck operations
- Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
- Ability to work in a watch system and as part of an international crew
